Adult Clinic is located in the new Adult Outpatient Pavillion located at 1001 E. Leigh Street, Richmond, VA 23219 on the 4th floor.
Pediatric Clinic is located in the new Children's Pavilion located at 1000 E. Broad Street, Richmond, VA on the 1st floor (Skylobby).
What should I bring to my appointment?

Current insurance information, including your health insurance card(s).

How often do I need to be seen by my Treatment Center?

Most Pediatric patients are seen every 6 months.

Adult patients are seen every 12 months.
